The Eis House has proudly served Central NY since 1977. The Trimble family acquired the business in March 2014 and plan to preserve the tradition while developing new offerings. While we are well known for our award winning garden weddings and receptions, we offer a wide range of services seldom found at a single location. The Chef’s daily gourmet chalk board and weekly value specials satisfy a wide variety of pallets and budgets. We host all types of events and meetings with spaces that can accommodate groups ranging from 8 to 175 people. We are well suited for business meetings and training events. The theme is Coastal Northern New England ranging from the rustic post and beam banquet area to the Executive Bar.

Our Team
“Exceptional Service” is what we strive for. Most of our bartenders, servers, kitchen staff and building and grounds team have been a part of the Eis House experience for many years. They treat the place like they own it. Eis House clients are their clients. As we grow, new team members are necessary and their fresh ideas and enthusiasm are welcome but it’s the long time team members that make us exceptional.
Our Offerings
“Made fresh” is what we do. Baked goods are prepared daily. Our sauces are prepared from fresh ingredients, including herbs and spices from our gardens. Desserts are prepared in house as well as by a local baker in Phoenix, New York. Marinara sauce simmers on the stove daily. Kitchen prepared salad dressings are another specialty item that make us unique.
“The unique experience” is how we do it. We understand experience has many facets. It starts with an appealing campus moving to the ambience of our serving areas. We are always looking for ways to keep things interesting and fresh. Our Chef demands that our offerings not only taste good but are exceptional in visual appeal and aroma.
